   I am still computer dumb, how do I listen

     you can either:
     1. click on the play button below the message you want to hear
     2. right click on the link below the player and click “save target as” to download the mp3 to your computer
     3. left click the link below the player to listen in an external player (Windows media player, Quicktime etc..).
